// Project 01
A new 4-bedroom, 3-bath, 2,711 sq ft home that we built from the ground up. It has a white shaker kitchen with a quartz island and a primary bath with a freestanding tub and skylight, all packaged together with a modern exterior: lap siding, a glass-panel garage door and full glass entry door.
// Project 02
A new-build attached ADU on a waterfront lot: a one-bedroom unit with its own kitchen and bath, built over a two-car garage. The ground level adds a finished workout room with a half bath.
// Project 03
A walled-off galley kitchen with a pass-through window, dark floors and a heavy stained beam. We took out the wall, wrapped the beam and put in white shaker cabinets, a quartz peninsula, a tile backsplash, recessed lights and new flooring.
// Project 04
Weathered boards and old railings replaced with new decking, black metal railings, fresh fascia and a new stair down to the lawn.
// Project 05
Stained maple cabinets, a custom wood range hood, a quartz slab backsplash, a farmhouse sink, a seating island with open shelving, and a hand-finished beam that ties the kitchen to the dining room.
