What areas does TimberCrest Homes serve?
We work throughout Snohomish County, Washington, including Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mill Creek, Mountlake Terrace, Brier, Everett, Mukilteo, Snohomish, Monroe and Lake Stevens, and in nearby Bothell, Kenmore, Lake Forest Park, Woodinville, Kirkland and Redmond.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
New construction homes, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, whole-home remodels, and decks and exteriors.
Do you build ADUs?
Yes. Our Lake Stevens ADU is a new-build attached one-bedroom unit with its own kitchen and bath, built over a two-car garage, with a finished workout room and half bath on the ground level.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. TimberCrest Homes LLC is licensed, bonded and insured. Our Washington UBI number is 605401928.

Who will actually work on my project?
We're a small, owner-operated crew on purpose. The people who quote your job are the people who build it, and finish carpentry is done in-house.
